JOIN THE CAMP GROW TEAM!
Camp Counselor Position
Each year, Camp Grow hires highly motivated individuals with a passion for education, nature, and being outdoors to join our camp team. Counselors lead camp activities that include nature hikes, games, gardening, scavenger hunts, nature crafts, and much more!
The Camp Grow Counselor position typically opens early in the year and remains open until all positions are filled. Counselors must attend training in early June which includes First Aid, CPR, and AED.
Leader-in-Training (LIT) Volunteer Program
Do you enjoy being outside and working with children? Our LIT program is a great place to volunteer! Join as an Leader-in-Training and gain valuable experience managing campers, facilitating activities, working outdoors, and more! LIT's must be at least 15 years old. To apply, please email us at meadowlark@nvrpa.org with your full name, contact information, and age.
Once your email is received, camp staff will share the LIT application and may schedule an interview. Accepted applicants are required to attend a June LIT training session.
