Dominion Energy W&OD Trail Tree Clearing

Two people jogging on a paved trail surrounded by trees and dry grass.

On March 18, Arlington, Fairfax, and Loudoun County Boards of Supervisors all unanimously took action to support the W&OD Trail and call for Dominion Energy to stop its tree-cutting along the trail. The City of Falls Church and the Town of Vienna took similar action the following week. The actions were in response to Dominion's clearing of 4 miles of trees along the trail in Vienna and discussion about similar forestry work for the remaining 29 miles.
