It is a nice park to reflect and to be thankful
Today was my first visit to this park, and it won't be my last. It was great being by the river and Loved my hike as half paved path and half off road. I'll run the trail next visit and visit the parts of the park I did not see. I also look forward to visiting the cafe. Looked so nice with the outdoor seating on this beautiful Memorial Day. It is a nice park to reflect and to be thankful for those who have given all so we are able to enjoy our lives.

The clean picnic ground welcomes visitors to sit down.
The park, by virtue of its beautiful natural scene and serene ambience, unwraps beauty in every corner. Silently posed harbors envelop the landscape, unfolding views of shiny water that bring the observer up short. The clean picnic ground welcomes visitors to sit down, loosen up, and have a meal in its spacious and clean setting. I also highly recommend taking pictures of the harbor when sunset comes.
