Riverfront Cottages
Algonkian’s riverfront cottages are perfect for families staying in the area, golfers making the rounds of the local courses, business groups hosted at The Woodlands or wedding guests who don’t want a long drive after the reception. Cottages range in size from 2 Bedrooms to 5 Bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. These beautiful facilities offer all the amenities of home with fully furnished rooms, private kitchens, private parking, scenic decks, and a delightful view of the Potomac River. Four bedroom deluxe models include additional comforts such as hot tubs.
- Renters must be 25 years of age or older and must be an occupant of the cottage throughout the rental period.
- Renters must present a valid ID at the time of check-in.

Please check-in and check out at the park office, which is located in the golf course clubhouse.

No Pets are Permitted on Cottage Property, including decks and yards. Unless Prior notification and documentation are received for service animals.

Additional fees may be accessed for damages to cottages, furniture or infrastructure.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to your date of arrival will be subject to a $25 administrative fee per cottage. This will be deducted from your deposit and the balance will be refunded.
Cancellations made 11-90 days prior to the date of arrival will result in the loss of your 25% deposit.
Cancellations made within 10 days of the date of check-in are not eligible for refunds.
Requests for major changes 30 days prior to arrival will be considered cancellations, and the above rules will also apply. Requests for major changes to reservation dates made 31 or more days prior to check-in will incur a $25 administrative fee.
