Exchange Your Ice & Lights Ticket To A Different Date, Time or Event
Tickets may be transferred to a different date/time or event prior to 2 p.m. on the ticket date. The availability of tickets for another date and time is not guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE: Transferring ticket dates and times must be done on a computer or mobile device. This feature is not available through the Eventbrite app.
To change a ticket to another date, time or event follow these steps:
1. Click on the Eventbrite.com link in your confirmation email. Log in to your Eventbrite account and select "Tickets" from the drop-down menu.
2. Select your order.
3. Select "Change ticket."
4. Click on "Change Event"
5. Sort by Date Range, Time and Event to see new ticket options.
6. Select new date and time and click on "Save and Continue."
7. Enter any valid promo code to receive the discount for the new date and time.
8. Review ticket changes and then click on "Save and Continue."
9. Complete the required fields and pay for any cost difference.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The above steps must be completed for EVERY TICKET. Each ticket must be transferred individually.
- Only one ticket per vehicle is required for the Bull Run Festival of Lights.
- Tickets cannot be transferred after the ticket’s entry time.
- If a ticket is transferred to another location at a lower price, a partial refund will not be provided for the price difference.
