Hiking Trails

Occoquan has hiking trails throughout the park that wind through forested areas and offer scenic vistas of the Occoquan River. Some of the trails are paved, and all are appropriate for bicycles and walkers/runners.

Parks - W&OD Trail – March 9 through mid-April: Temporary half-mile trail closure in Ashburn for critical safety repairs of Broad Run Bridge.

Parks - W&OD Trail – March 5-12: Single lane access during water main project in Falls Church.

Parks - W&OD Trail – Beginning February 18: Expect intermittent delays during construction of Sterling Blvd Overpass.
