Pirate’s Cove Waterpark offers Crow's Nest for Big Splash parties. The Crow's Nest offers picnic tables and a large shade structure to keep you and your guests cool on a great summer day. Party package includes birthday child and parent, and 10 guests, each with an adult chaperone. Party area capacity is 25. Payment for party is due at time of reservation.
Big Splash Party Times:
- 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
- 3:30 to 5:30 p.m.
10% discount for parties booked Monday-Thursday.
$540 plus taxes, includes the following:
- All day admission to Pirate’s Cove Waterpark for birthday child and birthday parent, and 10 guests each with an adult chaperone.
- Private party area for 2 hours
- Personal party assistant for the duration of the party
- Gift/Cake cart to use during party
- Special gift for the birthday child
- Valuable coupon for all birthday guests
- All additional guests pay general admission to Pirate’s Cove Waterpark
- Crispy chicken nugget platter with fries, and dipping sauces
- 5 pitchers of soda
- Dippin’ Dots
BIRTHDAY PARTY RESERVATION RULES
- Reservation payment covers admission for birthday child and birthday parent, and for 10 guests each with an adult chaperone must be paid at the time of reservation. Your reservation is not final until the full deposit has been received.
- No outside food or beverage, except birthday cake/cupcakes and bottled water, may be brought into the waterpark. We are not responsible for holding or storing cakes.
- One free adult chaperone per guest, 12 and under, applies to the first 10 guests only. Any additional chaperones or guests must pay general waterpark admission.
- Additional food and beverages may be purchased from our concessions stand.
- In case of inclement weather or waterpark closure, the party may be rescheduled to another available date at no charge.
- Cancellations or rescheduling more than 2 weeks before the event shall incur a $20 fee. Cancellations or rescheduling (unrelated to weather) less than two weeks before the event will result in a loss of half of the deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of party will result in loss of deposit.
- In the event of cancellation due to facility closure, a full refund will be made, or the party may be rescheduled to another open date.
- Package includes two (2) hours of exclusive use of the party area. See party details.
- You may bring additional decorations. Decorations must be approved by management and removed entirely at end of rental period.
- Bags, coolers, and backpacks will be checked before entry for food, beverage, and other items.
- Birthday areas have maximum occupancy. Please be sure to reserve the appropriate size party area for your party.
- Payment is due in full by the end of your party for all add-ons and additional guests.
- Lifeguards are on duty to respond to aquatic emergencies. Parents/chaperones MUST watch their children.
